At Attack Cycles, we stand behind every bike we build. Our products are crafted to take you further, faster, and with confidence—whether you're a weekend warrior or a seasoned racer. And if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Lifetime Build Warranty

Every Attack Cycles bike comes with a lifetime build warranty. If your bike develops a structural issue or something isn’t quite right with the build, we’ll fix it—free of charge.

This warranty is exclusive to the original owner and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase will be required to make a claim.

Component Warranty

Our bike components are backed by a 2-year limited warranty against any material or manufacturing defects that might show up during normal riding conditions. Some specific components may have extended coverage (for example, certain hubs or suspension systems—details will be provided with your bike).

What’s Not Covered?

Like most things in life, some wear and tear is expected. Our warranty doesn’t cover consumable parts like:

• Inner tubes

• Tires

• Brake pads

• Bearings

• Tire sealant

• Grips

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance isn’t covered either—so please, treat your bike with care and respect.

The Process

If you run into a warranty issue:

1. Reach out to our team with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

2. Ship your bike or component back to us (shipping costs to us are on you, but we’ll handle the return shipping).

3. Our expert mechanics will inspect, repair, or replace the faulty part.

4. Your bike will be returned to you, ready to hit the road or trail again—free of charge.
